Yes we do! We deliver Australia wide but we only offer onsite installation in the Perth metro area. We do offer a paid helpdesk solution to clients outside of Perth however.
Computer installations can be quite time-consuming to get everything right. If you are migrating from an old computer, it can take a few hours to transfer data and settings, plus install the software you use.
We offer competitive rates for quality onsite support – select the package that suits your needs.
If you are an account customer, we will invoice you when we process your monthly invoice. If you are not an account customer, your technician will take a credit card payment at the time of your delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or cash. Established clients can pay on 30 day account via bank transfer, Square or Stripe.
All orders are processed as soon as possible. However, if you made a mistake with your order, there is a small window for us to try to change the order for you. Email sales@computingaustralia.group, and we will determine if it is possible.
We work hard to ensure that we only list items in our store that are available / in stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, some orders may require extra time to facilitate delivery & installation.
In some cases, yes. If your order is urgent, please email us sales@computingaustralia.group to determine how quickly we can get an order out to you.

All products are covered by at least a 12-month warranty unless stipulated otherwise. Recycled / refurbished orders carry a 3 month warranty.
