OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

• Title to the goods (the Goods) remains vested in the Seller and will not transfer to the Buyer until the full purchase price is paid.
• The Seller retains the right to repossess, sell, or otherwise manage the Goods until full payment is received.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery, regardless of whether ownership has transferred.

WARRANTY

• The original manufacturer provides the warranty period, typically 12 months for new goods and 3 months for second-hand items. Extended warranties will be explicitly detailed in your quotation or invoice.
• Warranty claims must be made in writing to helpdesk@computingaustralia.group or by calling 1300 790 166.
• The Seller may assist in handling warranty claims but does not guarantee replacements or repairs within a specific timeframe. Loan equipment may be provided, but additional labour fees may apply.

LABOUR CHARGES

• Quotes exclude labour unless explicitly stated. Labour for preparation, installation, or other services will be billed at $99ph and added to your final invoice.
• If unexpected labour costs arise, these will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
• Orders over $500 include Perth Metro delivery and 30 minutes onsite free of charge.

LEAD TIMES

Standard lead time for order fulfilment is approximately 3 to 5 business days. If expedited delivery or installation is required, the Buyer must contact us in writing at helpdesk@computingaustralia.group or by calling 1300 790 166.

VALIDITY OF QUOTATION

• Each quotation is valid for 7 days, or as specified in the accompanying email. Prices and product availability are only guaranteed within this timeframe.
• This quotation is subject to review and may change based on supplier conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

• Supply chain limitations may impact the availability of products. If a quoted product is unavailable, the Seller will recommend a replacement.
• The Buyer is not obligated to accept the replacement but may not hold the Seller responsible for delays.

IRREVERSIBLE ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance of a quotation is final and constitutes a non-cancellable order. Changing or cancelling an order after approval is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon by the Seller.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

• Images and descriptions provided in quotations are indicative only and may vary.
• Minor appearance or specifications changes due to manufacturer updates are not the Seller’s responsibility.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

• Free delivery and installation are offered for orders exceeding $500 within the Perth Metro area.
• Installation services are limited to 30 minutes. Additional time is billed at $99 per hour.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns or refunds will only be processed per Australian consumer law. Non-defective goods may not be returned unless expressly agreed to by the Seller.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Buyers will be notified of any material changes.
