How long does it take to install a computer?
Computer installations can be quite time-consuming to get everything right. If you are migrating from an old computer, it can take a few hours to transfer data and settings, plus install the software you use.
For purchases over 30 minutes, you get free installation. What does that include?
Your technician will do as much as possible in that 30 minutes – this will comfortably cover unboxing and the basics, like connecting a computer to the network and setting up your email account. However, it can take a few hours to transfer data and settings or install software on a computer.
How much will I be charged for installation?
After the initial 30 minutes of free time are consumed, we will charge you a flat $99ph inc GST.
How do I pay for the extra time?
If you are an account customer, we will invoice you when we process your monthly invoice. If you are not an account customer, your technician will take a credit card payment at the time of your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or cash.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
All orders are processed as soon as possible. However, if you made a mistake with your order, there is a small window for us to try to change the order for you. Email sales@computingaustralia.group, and we will determine if it is possible.
How long does delivery take?
We work hard to ensure that we only list items in our store that are available / in stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, some orders may require extra time to facilitate delivery & installation.
Do you offer expedited or same-day delivery?
In some cases, yes. If your order is urgent, please email us sales@computingaustralia.group to determine how quickly we can get an order out to you.
What is your return/Refund policy?
We comply with Australian Consumer guidelines here: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/problem-with-a-product-or-service-you-bought/repair-replace-refund-cancel.
Are all products covered by warranty?
All products are covered by at least a 12-month warranty unless stipulated otherwise. Recycled / refurbished orders carry a 3 month warranty.
