We maintain our management agent software on your computer which allows us to provide you effective helpdesk support when required, and stay ahead of the curve with pro-active management of your Microsoft and Adobe security patches. This keeps everything secure and up-to date.
We also manage your Microsoft Defender Antivirus protection if you have Microsoft 365 Business Premium under our control.

Secure remote access This can be used by our helpdesk team when ad-hoc remote support is required. It provides powerful technical access to the computer, including settings, often without taking over the session.
Managed security patch management – operating system Our maintenance team will keep on top of evaluating and applying Microsoft’s regularly released security patches to your Windows operating system.

Antivirus management and monitoring (Requires Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Defender EndPoint) Our security team will monitor your Defender EndPoint Antivirus protection to ensure it is up to date with the latest virus protection information, and monitor for any detections to then take action when needed. (This required Microsoft 365 Business Premium, under CA’s control).
